Refund Policy

All the payments made to digipatang are Partially refundable.

We believe in quality work towards any design task and we give our best to satisfy the clients from our end.

If we can’t, you just get refund. that’s it.

Refund Timeline

Once you request the refund by sending mail to info@digipatang.com your refund will be initiated in 48 hours. and you” ll receive a refund amount into your bank account in 2 to 3 working days after initiation.

The refund policy will be null and void, if
(a.) The client enters the revision stage.
(b.) The client requests for any additional design.

Refund Terms and Condition:

(i) After claiming a refund, the client loses all rights to use the designs/brand names either for public or inspirational purposes. If we find a client using the designs/brand names, we have all the rights to take legal actions against them.

(ii) The conditions of Refund Policy are applicable based on the price of the package and not on the amount paid by the client. (For eg., If a client has made a 50% advance payment for the package of their choice, and they claim a 50% refund, they will not recieve any refund because they have just paid 50% of the actual amount, and their project will be terminated.)

(iii) The client can request for additional designs/brand names than offered in the respective package but they will first have to clear their pending payments (if any) before moving forward with the additional designs/brand names. Moreover, once a client opts for an additional design/brand name, all refund policies will be null and void.

(iv) Applicable tax amount is non-refundable. As a service sector industry, an 18% GST is applicable.

(v) The client will not be eligible for any refund after the finalisation of the design/brand name. Once the design/brand name has been finalised, all refund policies will be null and void.

DigiPatang may refund Customers for the following reasons:

(i) The Sold Design is Defective;
(ii) Digipatang is required by law or considers that it is required by law to do so;
(iii) Digipatang determines that issuing a refund to Customer will avoid any dispute or increased costs to digipatang;
(iv) Digipatang issues the refund to Customer in accordance with any refund policy specified by digipatang from time to time;
(v) The order placed (or request made) by Customer is found to be fraudulent. A Sold Design will be deemed to be “Defective” if: (i) Customer and Designer agree it is defective and notify digipatang of this fact; (ii) the Sold Design is subject to a third party claim that the Sold Design infringes/misappropriates such party’s IPR, that is not frivolous. If any of the reason regarding design, digipatang refunds the payment to Customer.
