Shipping policy
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
LOCATION
Items offered on our website are available for delivery across India and to select international locations. Availability of international shipping may vary based on destination-specific logistics, customs regulations, and courier serviceability.
If your address is not serviceable, we will inform you before order processing.
TIME
Estimated delivery timelines will be shared once your order is confirmed.
Delivery timelines start from the date of dispatch and not from the date of order.
Delivery timelines serve as a general guide only and depend on:

Recipients must ensure availability at the delivery address or make suitable arrangements to receive the parcel. We are not liable for missed deliveries resulting from unavailability of the recipient.
We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays.
Unless exceptional circumstances arise, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 5 business days within India. International orders may require additional processing time due to customs documentation (7 to 10 business days).

COSTS
